Basic Flow
- Relay server asks discovery service for a location of a server for a certain repository.
- Relay server contacts the repository to ask for a list of versions.
- Relay server downloads missing versions of the repository.
Alternative Flows
- Server cannot be found.
- Repository does not exist.
- Version could not be downloaded.
